To reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, complete the following steps:
On the CIRBI homepage, click “Reset” link.
- On the page that opens, enter the email address you use to access CIRBI and click the Submit button.
- Go to the email you’re using to log in and open the email message sent from CIRBI.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email.
- On the page that opens, enter the answer to your security question and then click the Submit button.
- On the password reset page that opens, enter and confirm your new password. Make sure your password meets the criteria listed on the page. The icons next to each criterion update dynamically to indicate if your entered password meets or doesn't meet the criterion.
- Click the Submit button. Your password is updated and you’re logged in to CIRBI.
If you were logged in to any CIRBI sessions at the time that you reset your password, you’ll be logged out of them when you create your new password.
If your password is reset by CIRBI Product Support on your behalf, you're required to change the temporary password they give you when you use it to log in.
Advarra SSO Users
If you're using Advarra SSO to log in to CIRBI and you've forgotten your
Advarra SSO password, you can only reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the Advarra
One
login page. You can't reset it in CIRBI.
